I'm a retired GP, having worked for 25 years up until last year in inner city London at the Grand Union Health Centre.  I currently work for the Covid Clinical Assessment Service, which is a telephone triage service supporting the NHS 111 service.

I have a keen interest in public health and examining the social and economic factors in society which determine health outcomes for people and their communities.  There is an urgent need to address racism in society, structural, cultural and social, which is responsible for the large disparties in deaths from Covid-19.

I have read extensively about Covid-19 since the outbreak of the pandemic and aim to share information I find useful, to help all of us manage through these most difficult of times.
